Shipping policy
Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam or junk folder.
Order Processing Time
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
For orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM (business days), processing will begin on the same day.
For orders placed after 6:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day.
If an order is placed during weekends or public holidays, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on logistics conditions and carrier performance.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Fees
Orders over $139.99: Free shipping
Orders under $139.99: $8.99 shipping fee
Order Tracking
You can track your order status by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
